Paul Jackson and John Virtue from Panavision Sydney were interviewed for the article.
Paul Jackson says:

Up until six months ago we could cover the high end market and the low end market but we couldn’t cover the middle ground. But now we can provide for customers all the way through. As a rental company, we bring 50 years of experience to the market and we make sure that we treat everybody the same, be it a customer who wants to rent the low end HD camera for a short film; a camera for a documentary or somebody who wants to hire six Genesis cameras for a big feature. These people always receive the same service, standards and systems. We don’t differentiate between clients.
