What Do I Need to Rent Equipment From Panavision?
You need to have an account.
We have two types of accounts at Panavision Australia. A COD account and a Trade account.
The COD account requires you to pay for your rental upon collection and leave an open cheque or credit card swipe to cover additional rental or damage charges.
If you hold a trade account, we will invoice you for the rental charges.
To open an account, complete and return both the account application form and the conditions of business form. Both forms need to be signed. The forms can be downloaded in PDF format from the downloads section of this web site. It commonly takes a couple of days to process your account application, although it depends on how quickly your references reply to us.
Can You Get Equipment from Interstate or Overseas for Me?
Yes.
Each Panavision branch holds a local inventory. However if your requirements exceed the local stock or you require an item that isn't a standard stock item for that branch, we can freight the equipment in from another Panavision branch interstate or internationally for you. Generally equipment freighted from interstate has a minimum two day rental charge and equipment freighted internationally has a minimum one week rental charge. There may be a freight charge involved with this service. Please speak to a client contact for further information.
